It's down now, because the expantion COD United Offense came out we decided to bring it down until the game gets a bit more popular, then we'll put up a COD united offense server instead of just a regular COD 1.4 server.

In other words just waiting for more to play the united offense before a server is up :)

WARHAMMER DOESNT HAVE A DEDICATED SERVER SOFTWARE FOR IT AND MOST LIKELY NEVER WILL.

in english terms: relic isn't going to release a dedicated server for warhammer which means that no one can put up servers for it.
