dem sig look real mad rb
what is it u do
a colour overlay or create a new layer fill then blend
or do u chnge teh hue and saturation and stuff

When I finish the actual background and stuff I usually set a layer over it and change the blending to whatever I think looks ok. After that I edit the hue and saturation to get the colour I want.

And those sigs are pretty dandy, if I do say so myself.
However, I find the colours too dominating in the M. Bison sig, it's completely blotting out Bison.

Anyway, I like that Sub-Zero sig.
It has that essence of mystery, with Sub-Zero emerging from the mist.
Like rb2k2 says, you're getting better.
If I may suggest something, though, maybe some of the text in that sig was better off white instead of black. Black sometimes clashes with blue in some instances.
