aye i have winmx 3.5.3 buh it wont connect fuh shiite. took off windows firewall and no tst firewall...wah goin on?

I think i had d same problem and i on dsl also
use different p2p
theres shareaza, warez, kazaa and more

odd.. i also on tstt dsl and never had any problems with it...

my settings look like
Internet Connection, under

"host Name Lookup"
i have ' use operating system to resolve names'

"In/Out UDP Packets"
i have 'send and receive datagrams on port 6257

"incoming TCP"
i have ' listen on port 6699

outgoing TCP
'do not use proxy server'

and under Connection Type
( on the main page )

'make a secondary connection to the network'

i think when i got dsl originally i tried 'primary connection' and it wasn't working.. apparently we don't have enough bandwidth to pull that off successfully. lol

Have yyou ever used SYGATE personal firewall?
That causes some crap, even after you delete it, youhave to disable some other stuff.

Yeah Sygate can act up when it ready. I find the Pro version is the most unpredictable.
