The proper procedure as found on the net is as follows,
Hold reset button till, pwr led starts to blink red/green then release. holding it in too long cancels the reset.
Would you beleive TSTT helpdesk told me hold it in 15 seconds?
And also I am now back online with my DSL modem. Just thought i would throw it out for anyone interested or afflicted.
