yeah but vampires MUCH smarter lol and is no scene wit d day thing cuz yu cyah find dem durin d day. but as u see in Underworld vampire..the old ones Are the baddest THE BADDEST. and in vampire hunter D 2000 d vampire was bunnin in d sun and doh business (godlike). each has their strengths and weaknesses and both are quite similar (if either bit you, you would become whatever it was that bit you whether vamp or wolf

btw all of this is spam me thinks as this has nothing to do really with dreadest vampire hunter, that should be a separate thread, like de man said make a poll or something

some would say D since he killin all kinda demons and werewolves not just vamps

but on that line of thinking Buffy would be the dreadest vampire hunter lol

all I would say is that D's sword is quite unique and very dred
(in the first movie it wasn't just an ordinary katana, I believe it was very long and thin kinda like sephiroth's sword from ff7)

the thing about comparing ficticious characters is that how pwoerful they are depends on a writer, not how "dread" the character actually is

but D still real powerful though

Doh bring up blade...IN EVERY MOVIE HE NEEDED SOME BIG HELP INVOLVIN BLOOD I must admit last fight of blade 2 was very dread ( minus d macho man randy savage elbow drop) but now look at D he was just mannersin and d only time he needed help was d heat syndrome (which have nuttin to do with collectin licks) and d man doh over egotize anything he brisk and deadly as opposed to blade he like a set of showmanship
