Ok...First things first...
That is not Van Hellsing...
That first pic there is Vash from Trigun.

And the guy in the red hat and suit is Arucard (me) from an anime called Hellsing. That has nothing to do with Van Helsing.

And the guy in the black hat is D from Vampire Hunter (the 1st movie)

There is no anime called Van Helsing anyway.

yea that is the case, i believe that the van helsing movie is loosely associated with the anime that is Hellsing (and much better in many aspects, the anime that is anyway

) so u bound to see some similarities...
As to the possible merger, you have to consider more than looks

...
You can only consider actual character copying when both the look AND the characteristics of the ppl in consideration is seen...

the point still stands.

Hellsing = D + Trigun

He is like a marriage of those two characters.

The pictures tell the story better than an Otaku.

yup that is true although I can't confirm the Trigun character since I have never seen the anime

Trigun was a boss anime.

The first and only cheese anime series I watch in it's entirety and enjoyed thoroughly.

(Cheese = one setta mc comedy and gayness)
