Finally i have come upon a game that is almost impossible to get tired of. Battlefield 1942(and Desert Combat) is the most exciting and fulfilling pc game that i have ever played.
I will speak of Desert Combat because so far from experience, that is what the crowd wants. I guess it is because of the freedom that it allows. Many people talk about S.O.F. and i agree, it is a good fps. The beauty about b.f. is that if u get tired of gettin tacked in the back of the head by some arse's pistol, u can blow their ass of in an M1-A1 tank, or rain hell on their heads in the ever faithful AH-64 Apache. I strongly suggest that all should atleast give it a try because it has something 4 everyone.
U aren't the close combat type! fine! Choose the sniper's rifle and blow a few heads off or get up close with a shotgut and blov away any challenge. On-foot weapons range from the M-16 to the AK-47, from the stinger antiaircraft shoulderfired rocket (deadly if properly used) to the C4 plastik explosives. If u'r the sea going type, take a spin at a battleship and blow the crap out of anyone u see or a quick flight in a supersonic F-16..
I suppose the reason y i see this game as such a big plus is because of the freedom allowed, which is what we all want. Please give it a try and i suggest u bring along some friends. EURO is where i am suggesting but any GATT branches would b fine.

Battlefield 1942 is the dreddest game! if you own it or want to buy it, (do so) and download a mod called desert combat. The dreddest! Although twister should not be talking so much about the game because.... *ahem*cough* he sucks*cough*.

The helicopter..... ooooooh boy.. it is heaven. the closest you will be to a god in this game. unless the other team has a guy with a heavy assualt rifle........

Well Twister.........we does go and play all the time.And it is the best sweat .....it real cool,and i gettin real good.....But flying the helecopter requires sum skill,but i can handle it.

the helicopter takes time 2 learn well and requires concentration which SOME of us don't have.

Well Butters Savage is VERY BAD...................But battlefield still holds a place dear to me.....
And allya cant come ond argue on the forums.......
Anyway,well the Heavy Asault is the baddest,sucks on tanks though

Savage is a strat/FPS games, which u have to experience to believe.

It's ranks up there with bf1942 in greatness.
