well i have friends that i have noticed have gotten into relationships for the paper and not for what really matters the love or....

i can say that i love but i have a very short attention span so things usually go down the drain fron there.
i'm just wondering what ur motives are in 'the hook up'

I agree with bob's last statement. But basically you need a little of both to make the world work. Money isnt everything and Love is more important but man can't live by love or money alone.

People take either to extremes and think it plays out like a movie, this is not the truth. People are human beings, human beings have flaws and emotions (yes you love people for their flaws too etc etc). THis means that if you fall in love and you are happy and blah blah blah and THEN loose your job or then end up with no money of COURSE the person who really loves you will stick by you. But at the same time everyone has a limit. IF you keep trying to make something of yourself and they KNOW you are trying (they are SUPPOSED to since they LOVE you they KNOW you) they will stick to your side through it all, they may even help.

BUT if you just give up you really think this person will want to stay with you? No money, no ambition, no future, dont care? You cant take care of yourself and you want to take care of THEM too? Dont mixup money with ambition, they have people with the first and not the second. Those are the kinds that will only get someone because of money, and that, just like money ends.

Its a double edged sword really. Love is the most powerful force in the universe. People sacrifice themselves for it, they have died for love of a country, of their people, of their religion, and yes even for their loved ones. It makes people do herculean feats, and makes the strongest most powerful man or woman weep and breakdown.

Hellova thing yes, but one must exist with the other somehow. True unreqited love is difficult to find nowadays. You cant go searching for it, you'll never find it, it must find you.
