Anime City 7: Etreme
Date: Saturday 22nd November 2003
Time: 7AM - 9PM
Location: Bishops/Trinity Campus East
Goodbye to the cramped Centre of Excellence venue, hello to the old spacious AC4 venue. There will be 7 screens as well as the last Yu-Gi-Oh! Tournament at Anime City. In other words, there won't be one at AC8. I'm not sure what other new additions there will be, although it would be nice to have a place where people can showcase their own manga drawings and the like, as well as a discussion forum, although those things are probably just wishful thinking. It would also be good if the AMV (Anime Music Video) competition returns.
Anyway, discuss AC7 here.

SideSwipe, I doubt the showcase with the manga drwing will happen. I mean, i not tryin to negative or ne ting, but fromt eh way how all of d AC's been going, it's not likley it will happen. For the Yu-Gi-Oh!, that need sto be oraganized properyl. Cuz we all remember what happened in AC6 ( *brrrrr.... confusion...chaos....duelists blocking most of the walking area in the back...). I didn't go to the last one in Bishops, so i don't know how it does be up there.....

I know, like I said, it's probably just wishful thinking.
They've taken a step in the right direction by returning to a venue with a lot of room for new additions to the Anime City experience. The question now is if they will take advantage of this...I would certainly like to see them introduce some new stuff for AC8.

Wow it seems i missed the bad ac's. The Bishop location is nice and big so hopefully things might move smoother and be less cramped for all the different events. Any word on the playlist?

My wish really came true. After venting my frustration in De Bar about Genesis going back to the Centre Of Excellence for AC7,that conformation letter that landed in my Inbox a few weeks ago was indeed a sight for sore eyes.
The Bishop's/Trinity School is the real place that can handle all of the mayhem that occurs during AC events. Hope to see something new this time around.
All hidden could think about is Yu-Gi-Oh. Lord, help that poor child.

Don't worry about the space, the Bishops/Trinity campus is nice and big. Judging from AC4, there will be plenty of room for everyone.

Better anime is a must. I honestly cannont say, I saw a dread anime in AC6. Not even JoJo's Bizzarre Adventure turned out to be good. Plz Hafeez... work your amazing magic like u did in AC1 and 2....
