This was a perfectly cool thread. Why do you have to mess it up with things you take personally. At the end of a freestyle, if you get angry at your adversary, you're less of a man. It's a freestyle thread. Disrespects MUST pass left right and center. If you can't handle that then DO NOT participate.

If you take offense easily, DO NOT participate. This is as you say, talking the talk. But what you fail to realize is that this is a thread for verbal expression. So in itself, THIS IS walking the walk.
No need to get all friggin defensive over things like this. GET REAL.

I know how freestyle works. I have seen a bit of '8-mile', you know.

of course none is to be taken seriously

3 rounds (best out of three)
someone issues a challenge to someone else, and it can be accepted or declined. if declined the leave it at that, do not provoke your opponent, it will be his choice to accept the challenge or not.

then everyone rates who was the better out of the 3 rounds. majority votes wins.

Freestyles are about being savage. NOT THE GAME!!! What you do is come with a rhyme so sick, that your adversary would be stupid to even try to answer making said "sickist" the victor...or victoria as the case may be.

I challenged him to a 1 on 1 freestyle, that's all. The love is there if you want it to be all "insults" aside. Go watch 8 mile road or even the Next Episode on I think is Showtime. You'll get the idea soon enough.
