This board same as the last one you asked me about gorgonmaster. Only difference is its a update or a revision as they call it "ver 1.4" of previous board.

90% of HQ machines and Euro machines are running with Biostar VIG boards.

They have served us exceptionally well under very rough conditions, with none needing replacement.

In contrast, we had about 4 MSI motherboards in the mix and ALL of them gave trouble, two have since been replaced with the other two just barely hanging on. Mind you, these machines are not protected by line conditioners, so they gettin raw current in their mcs.

Biostar has earned my respect as a result.

Personally, I'd never build my home machine atop a Biostar board. However, I've built many many machines for work purposes using Biostar boards and have only lost a couple, usually due to electricity problems etc. They seem to be quite sturdy and have lasted well, just don't expect all the bells and whistles of other boards from the likes of Asus, Abit and other top-tier manufacturers.

Like I keep saying, you get what you pay for. In this case, an ok board without the bells & whistles at a non-buss-my-bank-account price.

Like I said this is a revision of previous boards. So bugs that may have been experienced in previous boards would have been fixed in this version. A good board.
