You need a sniper stage to replace a sniper stage. And the issue is cancelling out the russian advantage. In order to do that we need a map which facilitates sniping and is bet'n American and German forces. And the best map to serve as a suitable replacement for Ravlov is hurtgen because of its sheer size.
