another thing with snipin
try to find a spot where your enemy least expects you
like in brecourt
use the cows as a hidin spot
especially when there is a big group of enemies
so you can take them all out
and there wont be enough time for any of them to respawn
and come back for you

the kar 98 seems to be my fav sniper weapon.but i see a man like he was jumpin the goin prone knockin off real fellas jed.that was a real good tactic in the tourney.but this musnt be used wen snipin.jus defeats the hole purpose.sub machine guns owuld be the best weapon.

i disagree with you there talib
prone is what snipers do
its a snipers way of life
its harder for you to be seen from far distances
and so its kinda like a camouflage
which what a sniper strives for
but i understand where yuh comin from

I reach some map where i had to shoot from a car....Damn game doesn't work unless it in safemode

a sniper doesnt jump out into the road and then prone
he hides behind the car or the cow or peeps through the little crack in the wall
and snipes you without you knowing

 throw away the geforce and pop in 8500 128mb in. faster more reliable [ in most cases] and it looks ALOT better

yuh know what is fun playin grenade fight in pleasantville
usin the melee attack
but dat damn german grenade does kill yuh faster than the american
look at the size of it
collect one a dat in yuh head

german and russian grenades can be used as batons to hit people, german grenades have very little range but once you are close enuf YOU ARE DEAD, all the others have lots of shrapnel pelting out after an explosion.

BRECOURT

Near Ste. Mere Eglise, France (Americans vs. Germans)
This is a pretty fast paced map. It has a lot of trenches, and places to hide. Take advantage of the dead cows in the South Field (see map) - Snipe or Machine gun from behind them. You can cover both the left and right spawns.


CARENTAN

Carentan, France (Americans vs. Germans)
This is one of my favoriate maps. There are many places to hide - but you have to watch your back no matter where you are. Heads up to the Americans, there is a machine gun in the South House see map, that is perfect position for the Germans to get a couple Americans at the begining of the map.

CHATEAU

Strassov, Austria (British vs. Germans)
This is a rather close quarter style map, with lots of fighting outside in the yards outside, but primary fighting is done in the Foyer and Ball Room see map.

DAWNVILLE

Dawnville, France(Americans vs. Germans)
Another great map, Dawnville has 2 primary battle fronts. 1, The Graveyard see map, is a main battle location. If you lose the battle at the Graveyard, your flank will be open to an enemy assault. The same goes for the main battle front the Main road going through Dawnville.

DEPOT

Berlin, Germany (British vs. Germans)
This is a very close quarters battle map. If you are going to snipe, try and get high on a roof top. Heads up at all times, the enemy ususally always assaults an open flank.

HARBOUR

Warsaw, Poland (Russians vs. Germans)
This is a somewhat Close Quarters battle map. Beware! For some reason team work on this map is big, you can easially be assaulted by 10+ enemies at any given time.

HURTGEN

Hurtgen, Germany (Americans vs. Germans)
Watch out for that sniper! A common term you will hear when playing this map. It isnt very easy to assault when there are 3 snipers who have you in their score, but thats war!

PAVLOVS HOUSE

Stalingrad, Russia (Russians vs. Germans)
This map is one of the most dangerous in CoD! Watch out for snipers in each teams spawn, especially in the apartments see map, north of the Russian held house. Beware of grenades while going down the trench - also, dont forget to go through it as fast as possible, there are snipers in the German held Grist Mill see map.

P.O.W. CAMP

Strassov, Russia (Russians vs. Germans)
This is a large map, with fighting everywhere! Literally. Heads up at all times, never stand still - there are snipers in the towers just itching for you to stop running for 1 second. Then your dead before you even know it.

RAILYARD

Stalingrad, Russia (Russians vs. Germans)
This is another map with 2 fronts, be careful - if you lose 1 front the enemy will pour into your exposed flank. Heads up to the team who holds the Rail yard see map, there is a great threat from snipers from the Ladder Room see map.

ROCKET

 Near Berlin, Germany (British vs. Germans)
This is a somewhat large map, with alot of snipers. The British usually make there way to Mid Post see map, then they make their assault. Snipers on both sides can be found in the Bunkers and East Post see map, so make sure if you dont have cover, you are never standing still.


TIRPITZ SHIP

Scandanavian Waters (British vs. Germans)
The battle is intense on this ship! Heads up for snipers in the upper levels of this ship.
