Fixtures and results

EAST LONDON, South Africa - Blessed with ideal conditions for much-needed runs and  precious time in the middle, the West Indies were indebted to their two most experienced batsmen for a total that barely approached respectability on the opening day of the four-day match against the Border Bears at Mercedes-Benz Park today.

it's not that you have to realise west indies has always struggled on forigen soil
we are not a good touring side
i think we are trying
and i think playing with 9 men as 2 were injured was commendable
and remember gayle is a bowler and a batsman so that is a double blow
we are trying and the fellas are young
in 5yrs you will see

we put up a good fight ccoming back from 561 to save the follow on
lara is #1 in the world ratings
so what more can u ask for?

we will win
with losses comes success
