ENT! Yuh know the drill. Not warm milk though-the milk does ACTUALLY make you make more cold in yuh throat. Drink it with warm or hot water then doh drink anything else for bout a half hour. The water must be as warm as you can stand. Within 15 mins yuh go be puking cold...

i say work it out yes... when i got sick i wnt to the gym and worked out from 6 the mornin till 6 the evening
was in pain but at least the cold wasn't the worst of my probs anymore... lol

Or...you can just take a couple of Comtrex tablets (those work wonders for me), flush it with some Vicks Formula 44, and take some Vitamin Syrup to boost your immunity. That's what I do....

but hey in a few days time it will alll go away ...............just drink plenty water ,drink soup,& rest....<lay down & sleep > and u will see u will feel better in no time !!!!!!!!!!!! :flipd: :wink:

my first defence when faced with the sickies and fluies is pepper sauce on any and everythign i eating. and den real fluids to calm de burn,

PEPPERS HAVE MORE VITAMIN C THAN ALL CITrUS FRUITS.

and dey clear yur sinuses to.
