Rampage firstly ease on the caffine.ive been beasting NFS since the first game come out on PC and by FAR this is the best version of any car game ever made. let me break down your arguement -\"no lan play\" while this IS a bad thing i dont think many NFS players missing it simply cause its a beast of a game which needs a beast of a system. the lan necessary to do this game justice is too expensive.also there is a LAN PATCH NFS:U Lan 0.9.2 mirror http://3priedez.net/nfsu/\"no importing cars and tracks\" as far as i remember only 2 NFS supported tracks and vehicle inclusion since as part of the release they offered downloadable tracks and cars. NFS has aways been modder unfriendly. also if you look at many of the cars added as mods are some of the cars that make up this version. it just goes to show ppl wanted a game with more normal cars than the lauxury/fantasy cars.\"no mp3 music support\" again as far as i remember NFS only allowed you to use a music cd and i cant seem to remember is porche unleased has MP3 support. music has always been a hack thing for NFS. for NFS HS2 all you needed was the mobile city online music importer and the rest was gold. theres a track txt just change the info and thats it. NFS underground has one of the best game sound tracks ive heard in a while not to much metal and a good helping of rap music. just the right mixture for me.\"online play sux\" well not that i have any more time for online playing but being back in tnt and having to use 56k again just seals it for me. again NFS underground is a game you play selfishly anyway.\"the brand name upgrades...makes no sense\" thats cause your probably not into the whole racing moddification sceene. while i do agree that the choice of brand name is superficial and adds no bearing to the actual gameplay. yet theres something special about putting kumho tires on a set of momo rims that obliviates all reason. I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A GAME THAT GAVE ME EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED CHROME MOMO RIMS!! that fact that so many ppl are obsess with this game proves that EA has hit a sleeping audience\"same women\" well there is an option to turn off the crowd. yet if you prefer the old flashing 1-2-3-go your more than welcome. at the end of the day its all tapestry and be thankful that they arent the usual flat wallpaper they normaly are.\"poor controller support \" lol ask anyone who come to my house and theyll tell you PS2 controllers rule. acquire a rockfire ps2/usb bridge and life and rumble come in a very sturdy package. theres no real excuse in fact buying both is still cheaper than buting a pc controller and its more reliable.
