To me, this is one of the most thought provoking questions you can ask a group of gamers.
I'm almost positive that, while we are united as gamers, several of us will have something different to say about our choice of the best fighting game. I'll just come out and say right now that the best fighting game, in my opinion, is Marvel vs. Capcom 2.
It's virtually the pinnacle of the fighting game series that I played ever since I started out as a seroius gamer, and it holds some great memories in terms of the battles I've waged and the people I've faced.
Alongside passing exams, there's no better high than that.
So...have fun with the poll...brag about your game of choice if you wish.
I'll just be here on the sidelines watching the poll as it goes.

dont u think tha instead of saying capcom vs snk or marvel vs capcom, u couldve said the marvel series and the capcom serioes, cause they both have good games, and btw street fighter ownz all base

To tell you the truth, im not such a big fan of fighters, although a little Garao or Mortal combat doen't hurt. Smash is also alot of fun, but i don't think that really qualifies.

I dunno...there's something about Soul Calibur that i like....i can't say what exactly, but i can adapt to it fairly quickly, and that's something i don't do too easily when it comes to fighting games

i don't think we can really KNOW what Smash Bros. can be defined as Butters..

Oh, and the boingy matches, those were just dred...but Yoshimitsu's boingys have an unfair advantage over Taki if u ask me

I like the marvel capcom series always loved meh cartoon fighters and have managed to gain respect for Soul Calibre

Sam Sho series,
and Both soul Calibre games....

but Smash gets my vote, for Kirby ownz all....
