can u spell radio, concerts and TV ONLY

By the way, that is all an artist needs, that is where they make 95% of their money. From touring and appearances. An artist makes about $0.30 on EACH ALBUM.

True that most artists make their money on the road. However their popularity would be driven in large part by the availability of their music. not popular =] less ppl at concert =] less money. Look at the pitance unknown bands make as compared to well know well published bands. And bands become well known tru the distribution of their music. One of the best ways is free... well... 'free' like on kazaa.

Depending on the product and/or product quality I would shell out the cash for an original copy.

I'll buy an original game if it does not suck and I like it. But to me there's something very wrong about charging me huge amounts of money, a lot more than it would be if you check the price in the states, and the game turns out to be crap.

I know people who've done a "try before you buy" kinda thing where they tried out a game and say ok is worth it and went out and buy it.

i think its an economy thing.....
people in states can afford to do it the legit way n buy software... @ real good prices....

vs

people in lesser fortunate countries like some caribbean countries i know dont have that luxury. so its what some people do to survive in the gaming industry and / or software...

now dont get me wrong i am no saint in regards to owning copied software but like the guys b4 me said .... if situations were different i would be more than happy to suport developers in their efforts. i my self was once a developer in the programming line... i even designed an interface for an atm machine in school... n i know that i didnt really want to just give away my code .... its really what u as a consumer want to do,,,,,
