Both are very rare but it easier to get u hand on a 6800 ultra than a x800xt pe . i have seen x800xt pe price go pass $700 us the 6800 ultra not much better since the most expensive one i saw was about $650 but that card was oc

. i shall wait for r480 and nv48 cores

to bring more light the scene.

you can flash an X-800 pro VIVO to X-800XT PE ...

There are now X-800 XT non PE , a decrease in clock but same 16 pipes , for sale .

You're looking at least at 500-600USD, so its still gonna burn a hole in ur pocket the size of a Precott CPU cooler... which if u've never seen looks like a 92mm cube

Quadro 3400 cost about 1,399 us (pci-x)
Quadro 3000 cost about 1,299 us (agp)
quadro 4000 cost about 1,600 us (agp)
quadro 4400 cost about 2000 us (pci-x) this is the only 512 nvidia card

I have a "developer" card in my laptop

An ATI FireGL T2 128mb

It's the professional grade brother to the ATI 9600. Doesn't earn it anything more than a 100 points in 3dmark2003 but costs twice the price.

ouch.

Not to mention driver issues is a biatch. You can't use the cutting edge ati retail drivers, you need to wait for 'em to be "professional grade"

Stick with de gaming grade cards. Power for the people!

nah man i really doh care bout brands
but when it comes to performance it tend to sway to nvidia
but with previous generations i prefer ati 9800
