These were 2 old games but they still good and had a killer soundtrack. Its Twisted Metal 3 & 4.
Also I liked songs from the Fifa Series, Thps and Need for Speed Series. Those songs were all boss.

After listening to tonz of video game music there are those that tend to stand out in terms of quality. I'm not talking about the "let's slap different artists' mp3s together and call it a soundtrack" = Need For Speed Underground. I'm talking about soundtracks that were set and toned specifically for a game's personality and mood. Those that rank high in my book are:

Street Fighter III 3rd Strike, both the arcade and dreamcast versions
Guilty Gear XX Soundtrack
Chrono Trigger Osv
Chrono Cross Ost
Tales of Phantasia Osv (Not the Ost)
Freedom Fighters Original Soundtrack
The King of Fighters '99 Arranged Soundtrack
Diablo 2 + Lord of Destruction
Silent Hill 2 Ost
Silent Hill 3 Ost
Fithos Lusec Wecos Vinosec Final Fantasy VIII Orchestra Version
Castlevania Chronicles Akumajo Dracula Original Sound Trax

Some tracks from Tony Hawks pro skater series (1,2,3,4, Underground)
and i hear the tracks from SSX 3 is suposed to be good
