In you opinion what is the Best Internet Browser??

FireFox(with the right combination of plug-ins) is the best browsing experience you'll ever have. What really set my mind to stick with FireFox was when I downloaded a plugin that gives me the ability to middle click a link and it opens a new tab, instead of either changing the current page I'm looking at or opening a new browser window. This comes in very handy when reading sites with links within the text.

Just starting to get into the MYIE scene so I can't say much on that.

As for IE and Netscape.
The last time I used Netscape was 2001. IE i use mostly to get links from xdcc to go directly to IRC and also if I need a quick look up, the browsers OS integration is very nice.

Firefox 0.8 is by FAR much better IMO, after some extensive usage here with it....

I could go into all the techie gobbledegook, but it's easier to just say that it feels more comfortable using Firefox, after all a lot of manual shortcuts work in Firefox as it did in IE, so that helps :)

Once you use tabbed browsing, anything less feels bulky :) :P

and ontop of that i tired see people complaining about firefox web page issues. pages loading bad, forms not working, browser hanging on them, etc. list goes on and on :P

Dread, if they don't want to use code that works...

The only pages for me  that have issues with Firefox are Microsoft.com and a couple of blogs on Blogspot.

Plus I realize that as nice as MyIE is (and i use it when I absolutely have to use an IE core), it will still be pwned by IE-specific BHOS and spyware.

Hmmm....well to be honest, i tried almost all the browsers for windows and to be honest, opera is the best with no contrest. I mean, how in the hell can IE even compare to the features that just make this browser so cool......I love tabbed browsing and the download manager is real good. Not me and them others again.

well you may have seen that myie2 and firefox both have tabbed browsing.
firefox has a download manager and a host of other features.

what in opera makes you regard it higher than firefox???

I am interested to hear.

well even though w3 standards implementation is weakest in opera, and then ie (strongest in mozilla)
people like opera because of : tab 'sets' that can be saved easily(fireforx cant do that by default) and mouse gestures.
but personally, i hate mouse gestures. keyboard shortcuts all the way.

Looks Like we get the good old " to each his own" there is no clear winner. Tried them all now and IE6 still works better I care little about plugins and addons I dont realy use anyway.
IE6 performs the best on any given time or day. I had problems with the rest !!!
