when practising grappling i use the tackle and mount technique that Kazuya ,Jin and Craig Marduk all have.Then usually I go for a an armbar and Triangular choke or rear naked choke.

and for the record i have had Law's bulldog done on me but we were in shallow water so that absorbed the impact.
