X-Men The Last Stand
I was happy to boast that I saw this for free (unfortunately I had to pay the second time) The movie was both kinda good and misleading. Probably because of the trailer...I expected worldwide Armaggeddon, Sentinels, f***ing Gambit for Christ sake and much more, but my hopes failed. However the movie had heart, intense visual effects....and also Wolverine get on real bad.
I pondered for a while should I love this movie or hate it.
This movie was definetely better than the failure aka Fantastic Four and the "PG-13" version of Daredevil (yes there is an "R" reated version) Unfortunately this movie can't beat Spiderman, Spiderman 2 or Batman Begins. A few mistakes but a cool summer movie highly recommended for action fans.....but not an accurate comic book movie...very dissapointing.
Rated PG-13 for intense sequences of action violence, some sexual content and language.

Mission: Impossible-3
I don't give a flying f*** what people say....I loved this movie alot. It had the intelligence and supurb action sequences to match (notably the helicopter chase and the bridge attack scene) Tom Cruise acted brilliantly....and yes he ran funny as usual. But most of the credit goes to Philip Seymor-Hoffman, who portrayed Owen Davies, one of the nastiest bad guys to date. The only problem I had with this movie was the ending...it was tied up too neatly...aka a typical Hollywood ending...but aside from that the film soars and in my watch it's the best summer film this year....well until Superman, Omen, Posiedon, and Miami Vice comes out that is!
Rated PG-13 for intense sequences of frenetic violence and menace, disturbing images and some sensuality.
