I don't think so.Take america for example if u have a really competent president(let's even say he's brilliant).After 2 terms he's out and thenm u might get stuck with a president(like bush) i ain't callin no names.that has the country divided and not respected by the majority.But then a president might be loved but dotish as hell so it could go either way.....

It was a no i don't support the two terms and then out theory but obviously u plan to see only one side of they story.I don't pretend not to see and understand both sides.In case ur brain not fast enough to see both strategies has its advantages and flaws.And what that supposed to mean bout me finishing metal gear solid,try to stay on topic plz.

and to resopnd to your assertions and suggestions about my mental capacity, i can assure you that i am quite capable of making the distinctions and getting the gist of your not so well written post. yes yes there is a pro and there is a con to the two term system, that is obvious. what isnt obvious was the need for trivial and clearly incorrect pronouncements on my intelligence.

i believe that there is enough diversity to have limited terms. maybe not 2 maybe 3 but when you lost your out. change of leadership in the party. i believe that each leadership brings diversity even if its base is the same.

I do believe there are ample parties to make the suggestion feasible altough i don't agree with the suggestion.But these parties don't have the  monetary support  and the support of the ppl who are blinded by the larger parties such as UNC and PNM and sometimes the NAR.

QZA-sorry about the remark, i was in a really bad mood that day and your reply prvoided an oppurtunity to release my anger.yes i have finished MGS(all of them) many times.However i love the game and prefer the character Liquid to Solid.Also my thoughts on that day were spilling out and i jus typed them as they came.So once again sorry.

The two term limit in the US came in after Roosvelt served FIVE terms and died in office.

This is an impractical topic for discussion.
Our parlimentary systems are too different. and I am not going into it knows because that's what i do all day in UWI. Explain politics. So allyuh bright chirren use yr heads and figure out why a Parlimentarian model of gov't can impose a specific # of terms to a government.
