ways.....d man had it surgically implanted, when he got the eye wid d sharingan u might ask, no one really knows, but i think it was when itachi "tested himself" by killing out the entire uchiha clan, except for sasuke of course
and you can tell it was surgically implanted, allyuh never see d big gashing scar by d sharingan eye?

well i believe he got it from obita san. allyuh aint notice that it only have 2 (kakashi, gai), and not 3. i think the 3rd one is obita who died. kakshi visits him every morning,thats why he reaches late. i believe obita had the sharingan and was killed by itachi when itachi wipe out the entire clan. then kakashi took his eye and thing

i do think he sprang i think obita san offered it to him when he was dying or he himself was injured by itachoi and this is when kakashi was an anbu anyway well see in de movie

it was a surgery this was eluded to earlier on in the zabuza saga.

but i think we may have it wrong, kakashi and gai are considerably older than itachi and i believe that kakashi got the sharingan before the great uchiha massacre.
And most likely as most people think, from obito.

all the flash backs of obito that kakashi has is from them being around the age of naruto and such at which time kakashi was an anbu.
