It is with a heavy heart that I have to report that the mother of Daniel Ballentyne, known to many of us as 'ChickenNBeer' on the GATT forums and the dueling circuit, has passed away this morning.

On the behalf of the GATT community, I wish to extend my condolences to Daniel and his family.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to reach him, but to those who could, please do what you can to reach out to him in his moment of need.

Daniel, our thoughts and prayers go out to you.

God calling home alot of his ppl this year. I know at least 7 ppl that died this year. Some parents of long time friends, others were co-workers and others were family friends and ppl I knew from young. RIP Mrs. Ballentyne.

hoss, not many know you and your family like the members of Chaos Legeon. We camped out there many night's before tournament. Your mother IS (Cause she still lives on with us) a very kind lady whom i will always respect. We stand by your side and share your grief and pain amongst the entire clan. Piece by piece this pain will slip away just as piece by piece a love for your mother has spreaded throughout this clan.
I can't say what will happen on Sunday hoss, but i playing in memory of Mrs. Ballentyne, and so will everyon in chaos legeon. We not there for games this sunday fellas, everyone try to come out please, Chaos Legeon in full power sunday, with the spirit of Chicking and beer riding high.
