The name is Extreme Gaming. It is a huge peach building on the main rd. Very easy access from the highway (less than 30 sec's).
The buliding is still being completed. The only section open so far is the Arcade/Air Hockey section.
I'll provide further updates as they happen.

Sounds good....just hope ALL the games work because that is a big problem in a lot of the arcades in central

I spoke to the owner briefly on Sunday. It's a fairly sizable 3 story buliding with parking for approx. 30 cars. However, as I said the first floor and 3rd floor are still being worked on. However they will have a cafeteria and eating area as well. Hopefully they'll be ready by the end of the year. I'll probably go there on Thursday to discuss more possibilities.

Nice. Too bad this area is in Central though. I could use a GL that has arcade games. The one in CC8 is only open for so long.

This place is so easy to get to it's not funny! Even if you have to travel to get there. If this place is properly set up it will be a fantastic Entertainment Centre. Any other GATT members in central (or anywhere) should check this place out! The potential for this place is very exciting if you play a variety of games (PC, Console, Arcade, Trading Card). It's that big.

I like the sound of this, I really do. It's a bit far for me (hah, like I even have much time to think about going anymore) but this definately sounds like something good. An all inclusive gaming center...Trinidad needs more places like that.

I spoke to the owners again today. They are due to complete the building by December. However they are not sure about the feasibility of setting up a PC Gaming section. They were thinking of a small Internet Cafe (10 - 15 PC's).
I will keep you all informed over the coming weeks.

Potential for growth can only be realized with further trials. I hope that ths might actually become another GATT GL.....and if so we can endevour to make it marketable to them by providing a steady client base in the form of GATT gamers of central

There are no PC's yet. By December we will have more details.
However, after chatting to both the Owner and Operator of the Centre, I am less hopefull. They are seriously concerned about the crime situation in the country and are considering selling out. :-(

Waggy, have you ever been to a "back a yard" arcade before? Have you seen the fellas still flipping out over broken/damaged joysticks? You obviously haven't visited too many arcades in your time. Have you ever won so much that everbody is willing to beat you for doing so.

If you ever had the experiences I've had, you would see why I have no problem paying the money to play there. Besides, that's the only arcade with SC2. I ownz there.

Correction!
The name of the place is Game Xtreme (sign is up)!

Imperial X, come down here to Freeport. Game Xtreme has SC 1 & 2, Tekken 3, 4 & Tag as well as several SF versions.
