Yes u do (not much mind u)

But in this case, i'll be the only official judge when it comes to card rulings...they have their other guys to watch over for cheating etc.

This is a bad idea!  A Very bad idea!  For sooooo many reasons!
If this is truly the way they are running it I will be keeping my distance from this tournament.
Keep us informed SPK.

There is no age limit...one big pool of players for this tourney...they can't afford different categories, since they don't have much to work with for prizes....

I just helping them out with trying to get the format of the tourney up and running for them...

Only thing, they better had finish by 4pm, cuz I will have to ride out by that time for the latest!!!

May I suggest that this tourney be done in the Advanced format with the FULL banned list in place.
We'll see how good our duelist really are when they can no longer run cheap decks and depend on luck to win.

Burbon what's d sense in winning if you don't beat the best hoss. I don't want to be called the champion if i don't beat champion duelists and i think you should try and see it that way too. And yes, I want another Chaos Legeon Victory also, heh heh. If u can't beat us join us, it's a duelist revolution and Chaos is directly in the middle of it with it's Legionnairres surrounding.

I agree.
It's either all or nothing.
If you carry out the first round in Traditional and the second in Advanced, you will seriously trip people up with that. I mean, what's the use of a side deck when you have to substitute with cards to replace the Banned ones?

On top of that, there may be a few cases where people just hear about the tournament, come with their cards, only to find out that the latter half of the tournament is Advanced, and didn't bring any cards to replace them.
(inhale)

SPK, you should really bring it up with those tourney organisers to make this completely Advanced or not at all. Remember, legal tourneys do it that way, and we have to consider what has been said.

I'd glad to see that you are back to your 'old' positive self.  If we had more duelists with that positive attitude we'd have more active top level players.
I'm trying to get Madman, D'Titan and Palladin 2 to come to future tourneys, but they are discouraged from continuously losing early.

THE MASSES HAVE SPOKEN,and there words have not fallen on deaf ears.
The tournament will be in the ADVANCED format.
I'm hoping we have a decent turn out as it is our first time at hosting an actual tournament.
As for directions i can't realy organize  a map so here it goes;just come down Aranguez Main Road, find Sooknanan Street, and follow the arrows.
The prize money will increase with the amount of people that  are there on the  day, and there will be consolation prizes for all entrants.

There will also be an option of paying $10 when you are knocked out,to re-enter.This option can only be used once, and only in the main-round of the duels, not in the 'losers melee'.Speaking of which,at the end of each round there will be a 'loser melee' where the losing duelists will have chance to move on into the next round.Although these options will onlly be available in the 1st and 2nd round  duels.
Looking forward to your support :)

Thanks Computerman. For your friends though, tell them that they have to go into avery tournament knowing that they could lose, but expecting to win. That way losing wouldn't feel to bad. I lost alot of duels and tournaments before i got where i am, just ask Neo or Psival or C & B.
