What is a GOOD movie?

Yea, what are some good ideas for movies, me personaly i like the spoofs, so there should be more of that, those are perfect movies on my part, like not another teen movie. Also, if they are doing a movie based on a game, MAKE IT BETTER, cause when ppl see the movie, and never have played the game, they mightn't want to play the game no more. And lastly, i want to see a GOOD live action movie, cause all the ones i have seen are really...well...crappy is too strong a word, but..."low budget" come on, with the kind of technology today, of course youcan do that, and dont tell me its too expesnive, if you cant waste money on making movies based to theme park rides, why not an anime or two?

hmm... very good ques Joe.

I think it all depends really though on the type of person u are and the mood u go to c the movie in. I mean there are many a movie that i have liked and the "socalled critics" haven't and vice versa.

so it really is a tuffy actually but THE INCREDIBLES was a good show

First and foremost, enjoyable. Even if the movie is subpar in originality or whatever else, if it's enjoyable it was worth seeing at least once.

I also like something that makes you think. Not enough movies like that out there, but it's always a nice change of pace. Not necessarily have you wondering WTF just happened, but at least make you leave the cinema and wonder for instance, for all the fantasy of the story, it could happen one day, and what would we do then? Or make you think, you know...this event/person reminds me of something in real life...

Finally, some eye candy. While too many fims place too much emphasis on visuals alone and forget the rest of the story, the way scenes are brought across to you, and the way the visuals come alive before you really makes the film worth seeing. A good story is always best, but seeing as film is a visual medium, if it doesn't look good, I'm not sure I'll watch it.

AND A REAL GOOD ENDING! i only see 2 shows in the past good bit of months that had a real good ending, one of them was saw, that ending had me bauling wheeeeeeeeeeeey, that movie was bad! , and the other movie i cant remember at this time

A good movie depends on the perspective of the viewer

For me I like a movie with a good story line...
not to explanatory.....one dat keeps you thinking

Suspense is a good factor that i appreciate

It doesn't nesscessarily have to have action
But I do like to see sum good fights and ting
