Greetings, one and all, to the second installment of the Junk Art thread!
I think you guys know the purpose of the Junk Art thread by now, but for the new students joining our class (the ones that gave me an apple, anyway....), this is where you can:

- Showcase your artwork if you don't want to put it in its own thread.
- Showcase your concept sketches or work-in-progress art.
- Ask for advice on artwork you've posted up,
- Give suggestions/comments/healthy snacks (because pizza makes you fat) to the artists who contribute to this forum.

Feel free to use this thread to showcase anything you did that you feel could use a few opinions here and there, or probably just to strut your stuff. Remember, this may be the 'Junk Art' thread, but this, by NO means, is a place for spam. We've got the Run Shop for that, after all....(if you're a non-alcoholic, though....I can't help you).

Well, time to kick off the Junk Art thread with a piece from yours truly.
Be sure to post!

This is an unfinished concept for my character, Sylvia.
For those of you who don't know who she is, in a nutshell, she's a time-travelling spellcaster from the future. This is an alternate costume, mind you. I wanted to give an Arabic feel to her, as if she could enchant you with her beauty.
Okay, so that sounded pretty corny.
But hey.....I like corn.

Iz that a tail or piece of the costume cause we know ppl evolve an stuff but some over do it but it looks kool and a tail would b a good add on (feline touch)

To tell you the truth, I've got several pieces lying all over the place that aren't quite done yet. Check this one out:

No matter WHAT, I just CAN'T think of a suitable background for this pic, so, to this very day, it remains unfinished. Any suggestions?

anyone can clearly see that rugrats had a very big influence on you

on the point of backgrounds i not really to sure what to put

Well, what can I say?
I belong to a couple of Rugrats/All Grown Up forums, and, now and again, I do some work for them.
Oh, and I finally figured out what to do regarding Kimi's background. Let's just say a closer look at the Japanese text on her armour gave me a little tip-off....

Things are getting pretty slow around here as of late.
Time to toss in something new.

I've deviated from drawing pics of Kimi from the meanwhile, and am currently doing character studies of the other characters on the show.
I did this for Luke's All Grown up website, and, as always, I hope you enjoy it.

Yep. You guessed it right.

I just thought seeing as how it's Lil and all, a backdrop of Water Lillies would be perfect for her. And the default folder just happened to have one, so...BAM. Instant background whoring, al a mode!

Nah i does use backgrounds(not often) of other pics and modify it to my liking...lol
But i find that it does look good cus u crop out part of the image to suit

ok,this is since i was in form 2[bout 4 yrs],and i jus scan it in meh pc and use d paintshop to colour it
