WTF? MS Virtual Memory Settings

i set my page file to 384Mb, that's the setting that my pc normally runs at. also only setting that nfs porsche wil run at. i dont understand why windows is managing my virtual memery to 768Mb. at times it even reaches 1.3Gb. any idea what could be causing this? my pc was last done over via a fresh install less than a month ago. and this is the 1st time im seeing this

you should set your VM to around 1.5x yuh ram. plus your VM should never be less than 500mb since many games still use a swap file especially EA games. the fact that windows recommends 766mb means you have like 512mb ram. use the recommended settings and try it again. read the "read me" and it will tell you how much space you need to keep on the hard drive the game is installed. also remember that games swap textures in and out of memory, the higher the game settings the larger the texture amd inevitably the more space needed. so you vcan try reducing the graphica settings. if porche unleashed still doesnt work look for a patch or fix on ea site.

just don't let windows manage it,  VM ain't all that important if you have 512mb+ RAM ,  i'v used 0mbs VM and most games played just fine ,
