i highly recommend it. I have all three (i THINK its a trilogy so there are no more, but if u know otherwise let me know please) but have only read the first one
two and three are "Red Prophet" and "alvin apprentice" or "apprentice alvin" or SOMETHING like that.

there are more books in the Alvin Maker series

Anyone read The Deadly Deception, Living with the Lama or The Peter Principle?  That Peter Principle is kicks on another level.  It's not funny per se, but it's about this guy's theorum that everyone has their own level of incompetence.  Good for a laugh.

PD, it will take me some time to find that book.  Time and patience.

Imperial,

I've read the Peter Principle.  Mor etrue than you think.

TDG,
Haven't read any Orson Scott Card, but have some ebooks downloaded.  Currently reading some Feynmann stories. "Surely You're Joking, Mr. Feynmann".

Well rich, I did think take The Peter Priniciple seriously, but I just couldn't help laugh at how accurate he was in his theories.  Now that was a good read.

I thought Around the World in 80 days, 20,000 leages under the sea as well as The Man in the Iron Mask were wastes of my time.  That Moby Dick had a hook to it though.  lmao.

When reading those books, the feeling I got from them was very vague and it made me sick.  Nothing more than words on a page.

Don't even try to start that lame Moby Dick talk here.  You will be on the wrong side of a very bitter discourse.  Kcks or not, I advise you don't do that.

i love that series to death! it is great!

i have the full narnia series in one huge book.

if ANYONE dares to raid MY bookshelf they will get KILLED.
hung drawn and quartered (is that right?)

however, if you are nice and i believe that it will not take too much out of me to part with my precious, precious treasures then i may be willing to lend you a book or two from my stash, whether for the first or second time.

fail to return anything and thou shalt feel the wrath of Amaya, The Dark Goddess.

oh yeah, i forgot to mention: dardura, "goddess' " or "goddess's" not "goddesses", that is the plural.
