Now i most likely am late on this one, buh i was looking for a mobo to upgrade an old machine for a friend and wanted a board for a p4 with 800 fsb then came acrosss this  board and iam like omg i want this soooo bad.

asus is overrated ... albatron/gigabyte/Abit are generally cheaper and have more BIOS features.

I think he knows this.It's boring evrytime we having a good chat bout something and you come in with your statistics or numbers.Chill out with it nah.
I prefer MSI because of the red PCB

As far as I'm concerned, you can't go wrong with an Asus. I've had an Asus mobo in every machine of mine, from my first put together...a P-200MMX...straight up to my current 2600+...and quite frankly, I see no reason to switch.

you can find cheaper buh is not like asus is tstt or something, that overcharging for substandard quality.

Asus boards rock and i actually consider the 90 dollar tag on the p800 deluxe to be well worth it. that board will last like ah tin ah crixx.

yeah yur onboard vga has gone bad no jutsu for some reason

iam currently trying to get my hands on a lame lil agp card to be able to see

then ill deal with the partition issue.


and btw THE CRIXX IN THE TIN DOES NEVER GET STALE NO JUTSU

Crixx does get stale *cough*>Me never say notn bout TIN! (Says it in a kixy way) Crixx outside tin does get stale.

As relating to ur ASUS discovery, i find that the ASRock 533 FSB with a AMD 2400, works just as good as the ASUS and it is way more cost friendly to buyers.
