the difficulty suddenly rises and drowns the fun factor. like

Red Faction

this game started off good, but somewhere along the line, it felt like it was getting too difficult to bear, in other words, it wasnt fun anymore.

Splinter Cell
Too cool for school, but the trial and error that it takes to pass every level makes it annoying very fast.

well some men may disagree but i eh have patience and a game like Prince of Persia, hoss i geh fed up lol couldnt figure it out and didnt have patience to... but u till wah i play was BAD!!

a game that gets ridiculously difficult is turok, both the first one and seeds of evil

at points yu are like, how the foak am i supposed to beat this with out codes!
and thats when the fun goes away

dont be fooled, red faction AI is none present. look very carefully and youll realise its really cursor dodging taking place. i have no respect for cursor dodgers they should burn in hell. also it has a nack of if you mess it up you may have to replay over the game.

POP was great , splinter cell was good .

Time of Defiance is like that....... difficulty doesn't decrease the fun factor : SLOWNESS DOES! the ships are ARE SO SLOW , in a map tens of thousands of kilometres across , your ships move at 300 km and HOUR .

counterstrike is like that, but the LACK OF DIFFICULTY makes it loose its great gameplay : when your are on a nub server or you are using an aimbot [ i admit to have used an aimbot out of curiosity]

hmm xmen for sega genesis was EXTREMELY HARD.... even with cheats.. :-(

besides dat Gijoe for nes was tough esp some of dem friggin boss battles... destro was a real... :x

cant think of any really tough games aisde of dat...

it have certain stages in wc3 frozen throne does do that tuh yuh dread
and it always followed by a ridiculosly easy 1

Where u played a game that was insanely difficult from first stage, and continues all the way till final stage, and is IMPOSSIBLE to figure out???

Game- Mission:Impossible...

....(I know, what else would u expect from a game named like that?

Metal Gear solid 2 on the extreme, beatable, but is it really worth it? NO! the game's difficulty and monotonus nature out weighs the fun factor by a long shot.

berzerker, xmen for the genesis was NOT insanely hard. Sorry to say. U jus had to know what you was doing.

I agree with SPK, mission impossible for the nes was hard. Got stuck at third stage boss, never passed it. Damn that ninja....

dat game was really easy...xmen for genesis was easy in ending but in between it was just tooo frigign tough....
