It takes a lot of training to keep "out" of shape too!  And I didn't do it overnight either!  It took years of large pizza's, 1/2lb burgers, KFC and gallons of soft drink to achieve my perfect 'pillow' shape!

p.s. The last time I trained in a gym was either '96 or '97.

You know, the ones who weight 200 ponds and wanna loose weight but insted of legpressing atleast their own bodyweight tthey do somthing like 100 pounds and expect that they're working their legs. Anyway 300 is cool, but howmuch do you squat. I Legpress about 7-800lbd right now and squat anout 365.

~Bryan_Master\"]Hey BTW wht does the androsovic in your name stand for ahve you been on andro???

eh?

anyways...here's d routine:

You doing it in this order
Standing Press
Front Raise
Side Laterals
Bent Over Side Laterals
Upright Rows
Barbell Curls

NO STOPPING!
for starters, use lighter weights and do about 3 sets of ten of each exercise. After about 2 weeks, increase the number of sets to 5(after 5 it has no effect). Then after about 2 more weeks of that, increase the weights and then u can keep alternating.

Will post more as I get
What's this routine about. Is it a giant set. That's alot of exercises to give a beginer or even intermidiate trainee.

Not exactly. To loose for me was easy. I could drop 40 pounds easily in the start once yopu start traing in 3-4 months but as for puting on size. It took me about a year to put on the same in muscle mass. The thing is is putting on weight is alot more fun than takeing off. Cause think about it if your giving somthing to your body or self for that matter, wouldn't it feel alot beter than if yo were to take from it. But its alot harder to  keep considerable muscle mass while cutting down mostly fat. I'd put it this way. From easiest to hardest.

Loose weight.
Gain Weight(Muscle)
Burn Fat Build Buscle.(Hardest).

1)what do u mean by the first question
2)the reason why u are doing so many reps is because u are using VERY light weights(it still burns like a b!tch)

Meant by my first question is that androstene-dione is a pro-hormone (Pro-Steroid) It leads to the production of testosterone but is not exectly a steroid, pro-hormones are generally safer than steroids altho they exibit some minor side effects but nothing as serious as steroids, depending on the type you use the side effects could be greater or minimal. Anyway, i was wondering if you made your nam in relation to that, tho i doubt it cause you didn't know what i was talking bout...

Light weights and high repitions do absoultly nothing to increase gains. They rarely even contribute to toneing the muscle altho some may be achieved in the begining cause u might have just started traing, but it would have quickly surpassed. A good diet coupled with the right amount of cardio and weight training brings out cuts, not light weights. Supersets, giant sets, drop sets, all have their uses and are benifical once in a while to shock the muscles, but still would be a waste of time if you didn't go heavy enough, expecially on the first exercises. Its allright to use moderate weight if you just want to mentain size while toneing a little. but even then the rep range should be 12-10 at least. When you are seriously trying to gain muscle 4-6 reps is ideal.

lol @ arc.

The man is an inspiration to any gatter looking to get his fitness/form together. A pictures says a thousand words.

Too many times people spew advice about getting into shape when they are far from it themselves.

Good to see someone practicing what they preach. Can't argue with those results.
