Baego the gym i go to is $215 a mnthit is in long circular malland if u in a group rate like i am with uwi it is $175and bryan master to your question it was on the leg press machine the most i can sqaut is rob 90-100sumthing lbsnot as much as leg press.....i not that strong yet

lol @ computermanit is truebut for me it is harder to lose wieght than gainthat is why i have ti make sure that everyday for the rest of my life i out in some time of trainingsounds good, for now mine isrep 1- 270 lbs 20-25repsreps 2-4 360lbs 20-25 reps(if the trainer ent in a bad mood i get 20 reps lol)

Is it a giant set. That's alot of exercises to give a beginer or even intermidiate trainee.
1)what do u mean by the first question 2)the reason why u are doing so many reps is because u are using VERY light weights(it still burns like a b!tch)
