LA Lakers vs Detroit Pistons..NBA Finals 2004!!!

Yes Ladies and gentlemen this has turned out to be a facinating series, as the Detroit Pistons of the east :YEAH!! Take on the Western Conference Champions La Lakers, te same outstanding defense that plagued the Lakers in thei victory over Larry Browns Sixers in 2001, was the same defense but on a higher level of intensity displayed by Larry Brown's Detroit Pistons.

Game1 was played in Los Angeles and the Lakers lost only managing to score a meezly 77points in the entire game...

Game2 also in Los Angeles in a Laker victory the were able to run away with it in overtime as Detroit only scored 3point in overtime..

Game3 in Detroit, this game was a good one, detroit played a better all round game, shot selection was great and defense was superb challenging all Laker shots!!

Hell no it aint happening...

in my opinion Lakers weren't suppose to pass the kid KG and the Timberwolves but they stick....but it will take a bigger EAST!! team and a bigger coach to take it home!!!

I never even had East having a chance in my head.If someone offered me 10 to 1 odds on the Pistons a week ago I wouldn't have taken that sucker bet.

But Detroit's defense really has surprised me and I have a new respect for them.

Lakers gettin more than a fight Split,they gettin a beating.
Though if they can win Tuesday they have a small chance of being to win those last two at home.

Though statistically,one one has ever come back in the Finals from 3-1 down.
Too bad for Malone and Payton,they actually took less money to get the chance for a ring.

LAkers in my opinion dont have anything to fight for..they are the champions, the same reason jordon retired no challenge..

If lakers play at their level of talant they are unstoppable, lakers have two of the most dominant people in the game, they just have not yet figured out how to pool their individual talants into a team!! I blame PHil jackson.

O have disliked his style of coaching since Bulls, he had nothing to do but sit and watch the game, when bulls were playin think back, Jordon used to be talkin and phil used to be sittin there scratchin his beard. Lakers need a new coach
