here is a handy file i stumbled upon so you dont have to manually enable pipelining, and keep alive to reduce TCP overhead, in both mozilla and firebird.

mozilla optimizer, 228 kb, no install. 2 clicks and you're done

http://www.softpedia.com/public/cat/12/3/1.../12-3-112.shtml

super speed! now pages can load up to 8 different files simultaneously, without waiting on any of them to finish.

ie on a partial t1 in school isnt even as half as fast as firebird on dsl at home.........
ie=pwned

but, good point scar, more than 2-3 pages and the bandwidth required increases....
something to keep in mind if you are sharing your dsl with your neighbour/sibling/tanti

what rez do you have to be running to see 20 open tabs?

*boggles*
oh and FYI, if firefox starts acting funky on certain pages, and you want to go back, just run the program again and use the 'remove' option.
