Flow called and I got through with the upgrade a few days ago, but unlike the others here posting screenshots of their speedtest results I've yet to see even 30mb download speeds (most I've gotten is 27-28mb).

I know I got the upgrade, as my upload speeds went from 3mb to 5mb.  But my download speeds are not even reaching half of my new advertised speed.

This is regardless of time of day (peak evening/night time, or off peak during the day), or server used (local or US server location).

However, the speed I'm getting now is double what I was getting previously on my 30mb package, as the speed I got on that old package never passed 15mb, so I guess it's probably just my area (Montrose/Edinburgh Gardens).

Tomorrow will be 2 weeks I haven been waiting. Resent info via email AND Pm.  Have yet to receive a reply...

That in addition to flow having terrible service.  Received a ban on  my league account weekend gone  because of CONSTANT disconnects. Cannot even play clash of clans or clash Royale.  from connection issues.

Was hoping the 60 mb might help,  but based on some comments it seems a waste. 

Flow frustration is not worth it.
