Sounds like a helluva lot of work.

how much per box do you think that would work out too?

what sort of time line to organise and pull off?

If it's close....would $15 a box from a caterer be a quicker/better option?

I would have to concede to that point.

The BBQ option i suggest is VERY profitable, but also ALOT of work. And we may not have the time or the person power to effect it. A $20 takes alot of preparation.....in that light, i would go with the caterer

Those who participatin in de events, just have to come on whatever day their event is, and suhuweat!!

added gamecon2004 ticket as an advertisement on main site.

fixed that advertisement to only come up once per session (before it use to come up all the time)*

guys, we already have the full compliment of people for the physical event.

We need two drivers. I am going to be one. Who amongst those registered want to be a driver? You'll need a car (duh) and a drivers license.

It's an easier run, you get to sit in the car while the others run about fighting wild life in the forest.

As for the gaming leg of the event, the tickets are ready and now we need to start sellin 'em like crazy and pushin posters, flyers, etc...

Team members, we will have a meeting @ Euro to get everyone up to speed this weekend. Sunday, after lunch.
