HELP!Msn screwing up!dll error

It says some urlmon.dll shitting up
this happens about 10 secs after i sign in.
I use gaim,but i still like msn better
i downloaded and installed the NEW version of msn messenger and same shit happening
HELP

I already gotgaim.
The thing is that I want to know what is causing that shit
I got the w32 sasser shit yesterday,but got it cleaned etc by using the removal tool.(happened cuz my firewall was down for a while).

Now it gives this bullshit error. I reinstalled,renamed that dll,threw in one that I downloaded,reinstalled IE,and still,same old problem.

Urlmon.dll controlls URLDownloadToCacheFile function. First you need to make sure that your IE cache is not damaged. Follow the instructions at this link.
