Albert Einstein has drafted the following riddle, arguing that only 2% of
all people were able to solve it.

There are 5 houses, each of which has a different color. In each house,
there lives a person with a different nationality. Each person prefers a
different drink, smokes different cigarettes and has a different pet. Non of
the five persons prefers the same drink, smokes the same cigarettes or has
the same pet.

Question:
Who has the fish?

Hints:
1.    The Briton lives in the red house.
2.    The Swede has a dog.
3.    The Dane drinks tea.
4.    The green house stands to the left of the white house.
5.    The person in the green house drinks coffee.
6.    The person who smokes Pall Mall owns a bird.
7.    The person in middle house drinks milk.
8.    The person in the yellow house smokes Dunhill.
9.    The Norwegian lives in the first house.
10.   The person who smokes Marlboro lives next to the person who owns a
cat.
11.   The person with the horse lives next to the person who smokes Dunhill.
12.   The person who smokes Winfield drinks beer.
13.   The Norwegian lives next to the blue house.
14.   The German smokes Rothmanns.
15.   The person who smokes Marlboro lives next to the person who drinks
water.

I GOT IT! I took my pen and paper sat and worked it out. It is the German  
who owns the fish, he also drinks coffee and smokes Rothmanns and owns the green house.

Thirteen children.......
Half were girls

I guess 6 daughters, 7sons
But u said half were GIRLS not DAUGHTERS so add the mother
and u get 7 girls 7 boys

I GOT IT! I took my pen and paper sat and worked it out. It is the German  
who owns the fish, he also drinks coffee and smokes Rothmanns and owns the green house.
