yes but... it is dangerous.. if you flash the bios badly you can really screw up your card, sometimes it requires extra cooling [ie. heat pipe ] and certain 9800 pro cards cannot be flashed to 9800 XT [ most of the ones that use infineon RAM ] .

  simple overclocking and tweaking using tools like Radeonator is alot safer, and gives a SURE performance increase .
