as for NEO, the only thing that i can think of is that Bob wakes up. He may have been dreaming b/c in reality Bob would've suffocated a long time ago.

i may be wrong...there may be a more realistic answer to this puzzling questiong

hmm, although i have my theories, im sad to say that i am officially stumped. Though I pride myself on my play on words tactics, I fear that the answer to this riddle has reached a new level of stupidity that even i am not able to reach, though i may be able to comprehend it.

Okay-I'm going to try to answer ShowTime's riddle.

As for NEO...damn, I'm still puzzling, but I'm not giving in that easy.

Okay, to make showtime's riddle a BIT simpler, lemme rephrase it-

There is a door or death and a door of life. You want the door of life and there are the two statues by either door. Identical as said before. What question will you ask to find the answer?

The one question you ask the statues is:

"Which pathway will the other statue point to?" BUT when you get your answer, you go through the opposite door.

Simple if you really think about the answer. The one who tells the lie if asked that question will point to the door of death for he (the liar) knows the one that tells the truth will point to said door. Of the statue of truth is asked same question, he too will point to the door of death for he knows as well that the liar statue will point to the door of death. So if the door of life is your destination-the you go through the opposing door.

Simple neh? If you don't understand-let me explain in person if I see you around.

point to what? point in response of what question?
so it should be something like "if the other statue were to point to death/life, which way would he point"

The first three numbers 1,2 and 3 for one hundred and twenty-three which is divisible by 3.

Yes Imperial,it is an intelligent guess,but it doesnt satisfy one requirement.I think its the first 7 digits isnt divisible by 7.

Okay, people...it's the moment you've been waiting for....
Today's the day you people get the answer to the riddle that's been bussing your brains from day one!
First of all, I want to apologize to everybody who has been waiting for the answer for such a long time. I guess I forgot about it after a while, but after reading a post by Rommel, I remembered that old riddle, and figured I should post the answer here.

For the convenience of those now tuning in, here's the riddle:

Bob is sitting on a bench.
Bob and the bench are completely encased in a steel box.
They are completely surrounded by four steel walls, a steel ceiling and a steel floor [just to give you an idea that they're covered on all angles.]
There are NO doors, NO windows, NO visible portals leading to the outside world from within the box.
Bob has nothing on his possession other than the clothes on his back and the bench beneath him.
Bob manages to escape.
How did he escape?

And now the answer:
WARNING! : The following will not make sense unless you repeat it to yourself after you read it. It's a play on words, and therefore would strike you a lot faster if you had me tell you in person what the answer is.

1. Bob bangs his head repeatedly on the side of the box until his head gets sore.
2. He then takes the 'saw' (sore) and saws the bench in half.
3. Two halves make a whole, so he takes the 'hole'(whole) and places it on the side of the box.
4. Bob then screams until he gets hoarse.
5. He then gets on the 'horse' (hoarse), leaps out the 'hole' (whole) and rides away.
