Doom 2 scared me the most I believe
Nosferatu Wrath of Malachi was scary to me
Clive barker's Undying stopped being scary after the 2nd Boss for me
Half Life did have me jumpy at points
None of the resident Evils scared me

Even in Resi 2 when the mutated thingy jumped through the mirror in the police station?

I think the "scary" part, if you want to call it that, in any of the games is that fact that you have limmited ammo, when youre low you have to watch yourself.

doom iii beta.. the lag alone is scaaaarryy....

the demons that drop from walls and appear out of nowhere etc... will give most people a heart attack..

in silent hill a zombie pops up suddenly and joo go "wooaah!! AAAAH!" for five seconds.... in doom III the zombies will make you scream for whole minutes.... glowing eyes..... hairy sking.. getting back up even tho they have a shotgun blown hole in their head............

maximus, what u was smoking when u see that...that game not scary..diablo 2 was a scary game...u in the dark dungeons all alone and then a big woman with spider arms jumps out to fight u..in the middle of the night..that is scary..resident evil 2 was good too
