Now I seen these email from the Hafeez man, and it seems to me that this AC is gonna be a WAY of a cramp scene. Now here's where I throw my 2 cents - I'm asking opinions here-who's going or not going? much less to cosplay? I'm just wondering who's apparaently going, even just for Yu Gi Oh (which I am not interested in though) attending just for the sake of that. Just answer, I'm trying to get an opinion here-is this AC WORTH our time attending-cosplay or otherwise-or we wait till the August holding to see? Replys ASAP please as tickets go on sale WEDNESDAY 11th Feburary(THIS week!) at 1pm. I'd hate to go and not see any of the usual faces in the less than 550 crowd...Or will we get the usual attendees just for Yu Gi Oh as usual? No flames please-I don't mean offence to anyone...

Personally, I had mixed feelings about the whole thing.
The thing that always stuck in the back of my mind was: "Didn't they say that Anime City 7 was the last one?"
I am grateful that it's back, mind you, but it irks me at the same time that Anime City 7's main advertising strategy was : "This may be the last Anime City, don't miss it!"
To tell you the truth, I might not really consider Anime City 7.5. It sounds like a quick prelude to me, and room for just 500 people might hurt my chances to get a ticket [I have a busy schedule.] I'd much rather wait for Anime City 8, which is scheduled a couple of months later.

I would normally consider goin, but this time around seems to be bad timing (right before semester exams start)

But still, I think it's too early for them to do this, they shoulda wait the 6-7 months before having another one...

hmm i personally goin cuz well AC is like tradition for me and plus i done have my ticks lined up.......

and yes evan i actually cosplayin this time........

the only thing that may make me think twice about AC 7.5 is the fact that dueling still remains i mean the duelists are the main cause of the crowd i mean doh get me wrong i hve nothing against duelists in fact i was once one but i mean it's very out of place @ ac and a huge waste of space for anime fans that doh get tickets....

I am going. For the obvious reason..... In the land of thr duelists the Smurf is King.

Plus where and when else am i going to get the oppurtunity to advertise for GATT's NEXT Yugioh tourney than Anime City to a crowd of over 100 duelists. A man would be seriously high to miss this chance. Free Advertising ITMC!

Well in terms of cosplay value-this AC ain't gonna be worth the trouble. I'll wait for AC8. As for going for the heck f it-I missed ONE AC from since the days of Holiday Inn and this one...well I might just kill this one cuz not many familiar faces are going and I'm REALLY not in the mood to be surrounded by tons of Yu Gi Oh Duelists again...

As for cosplay Osiris-gimme a hail nuh if you need any help. I'm planning on just revamping mine and wearing it over-just do the makeup and overall presentation a bit better...

Im definately going.I never missed this one so why should I this one.Also there only 500 tickets which means that there wouldnt have any crowd.
