was wonderin if anyone does actually beat the entire rpg game with all quests complete, all characteres leveled up and with all de dread weapons and spells

Well yeah.

I have to finish every RPG I play to beat that SOB that keeps torturing me through the entire game and teasing me about how weak I am and all that talk about my dead father who couldn't kill him.
Oh hell no, I go forge a sweet blade and gather a group of people who feel sorry for me and decide to help me out and we go beat that bad.
Build a group account to buy weapons and train together and along the way we help people who suffering because of that imps and they give us weapons, armour and money in return.

Why wouldn't I spend weeks playing through an RPG to get the ultimate satisfaction of finishing it?

a couple of ppll i know play for da sake of beatin it. and dey jus drop it when a new and better game comes out.

haha i doh consider a game BEATEN until i beat it with max stats all items and all sidequests complete

and trust me i beat ALL of my games and then some

then after i beat em i beat up the disc/cartridge LITERALLY !!!!!!!! MUHAHAHAHAA!!!!!!!

yea well u does hadda beat all d sidequests an everyting to really BEAT d game...defeating the last boss isnt beating the game.....

Some of you need to play Yugi Oh Duelists of the Rose. All cards ARE NOT attainable. Some from only passwords and others from hacking.

Its about 826 cards in all if my memory serves me right.

I know what you mean.

In recent times so many new titles came out that I just dropped whatever I was currently playing to start sweating the newest, baddest, greatest game immc.

However, one game came and held me by the gonads and wouldn't let go until I finished it to completion, with about 99% of the side quests done.

Spell Force.

And this isn't your momma's RPG. I talking about 150 hours to 200 hours of hard core gameplay time. The kinda gameplay that keeps you up till the sun rising and roosters crowing.

i myself dont have the patience for all the sidequests
i find that pc rpgs of late dont have mega cool items like in older rpgs, so why stress?

Its necessary to attain all side quests etc.....i don think most ppl would be satisfyed without it. It feels like u dont get ur money's worth of the game.

after i beat golden sun,gba,(very bad game) i keep raisin' my ppl levels so much dat i beat fusion dragon(last boss) in under 10 turns...dats pretty good i think.

as far as other rpgs i dont give up...ever...

That used to kill my rpg sidequest completion gusto.

Not so with Spell Force though...their sidequests were so good...it may have as well had been part of the main quest. I kid you not.

Also, the rewards for your efforts were also consistent with the task at hand. If you had to go slew some dread demons, bet your bottom dollar there would be some great armor, weapons, items, units, building plans, etc... for the undertaking.

nah...me mostly i play the rpg for its story but it doesn't hurt to level up more than your s'pose to, it takes too much time to complete a game a perfect 100%

FF:TA would take a VERY long time to get all your charas maxed out cuz you have 24 people and more than 5 jobs for each race
