What is an Avatar and what is the advantage/disavantage etc.?

An avatar is a picture you use to represent yourself on the GATT forums. There is no advantage/disadvantage. It is solely up to you.

well the disadvantage is that some ppl begin to think that the avatar is how u actually look IRL....

An advantage to yuh avatar is dat ppl tink dats how u look. I mean look at Split's avatar, it ALMOST looks as good as she does

they are jus a picture of what u would think ur anime/game/etc. character would be

but i guess i hear what u saying based on the topic and the lenght and relevance more gold should be awarded or less in some instances
