Ok folks, I've been sitting on this one for a few weeks now, because its Syphon Filter, I know that there are some fans out there, but i expected to see a post about this about 2 weeks ago, if there was a post before this, well kudos to you, i have yet to see it. But I don't appreciate it when some people insult a person for wanting to spread the good gaming news. With that being said, lets bring on the pain shall we?

Now i know that there are many SP fans in trinidad, I am notone of them. I played Perfect Dark and thought it was better. But Syphon Filter was a good game neverthe less. And this third installment seems to be bettre than the previous titles. Why? Well the graphics for one, all the screen shots I've see for this game are great to look at. Secondly, the game looks more Metal Gear Solid than before.
One thing that might turn people away from buying the game is that this game is heavily reliant upon online multiplayer action. Up to four playres can team up in nine of the seventeen levels you'd play offline, the down side to relying heavily on online play for these levels is that certain areas are only accessable when two or more players team up. In some stages this may be the only way you'd get access to some weapon upgrades, and what not.
Check out the screeners and stuff, its expected for release in January/04
but I'll get the demo this month, so I'll keep you posted boys and girls.

I got to play the demo, its cool, kinda difficult, but good. The game mechanics are basically the same, but the graphics are very good. if you are a Syphon Filter fan then S.F. : The Omega Strain is the game for you.

Geh, another one...

Now I'm not generalising here. Not that I didn't enjoy the previous SF's but 3 was just...long and somewhat boring for me. Don't know why though...probably all those long and tedious jungle missions, but that's probably just me.

But hey, what can I say? Hand me a copy with a system and I'll give it a play...make a second opinion probably...
