Ever wonder if there was an evil side to the New Era Outlaw?
If there was, here is what he would look like.
I have a LOT planned for Evil Neo, as he possesses a lot of potential as one of the most heartless and sinister characters you will ever run across.
Eventually, I'll write up some stories explaining his character, but for now, enjoy, and bring on the feedback! [Please...]

mybe next time u will grab a brush, wit black colour and paint a little shadow on de flour,

Thanks a lot for the input, guys...
The background actually stems from a little experimentation on my part with the 'Radial Blur' tool on Blaze Firefox's background, with some cropping and Lighting effects to suit.
I am capable of painting just as well, thought it probably won't turn out as neatly as this. Keep watching, though, I'll churn out more when inspiration strikes again!
